In your new role with us, you will play a critical role in shaping the future capability of the organisation through delivering contemporary and responsive solutions. Your role leads the design, development and implementation of frameworks, programs and solutions, aligned with strategic objectives, operational needs and enterprise obligations under the Aged Care Quality Standards and Aged Care Act. All of which contribute to enhancing the capability and engagement of Benetas’ workforce.
