The role of Senior Account Manager is a key position in our organization. You will be responsible for delivering expert insurance advice and tailored solutions to a broad range of clients. Your responsibilities will include client advisory, business development, solution design and delivery, client relationship management, and internal collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Advisory – Provide strategic, customised insurance advice to SME and Commercial clients across various industries.
* Business Development – Identify and secure new business opportunities through relationship-building, networking, and a deep understanding of client needs.
* Solution Design & Delivery – Develop and present competitive insurance strategies aligned with each client's risk profile and business goals.
* Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication and high-touch service.
* Internal Collaboration – Work closely with underwriting, operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification is essential for this position.
* Relevant industry certifications or professional development in financial services.
* Strong knowledge of general insurance products, particularly SME and commercial lines.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or financial services.
