* Daily mail and courier management

* Courier bookings and lodgements
* Ad hoc administration tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work under pressure to meet service standards
* Previous customer service experience
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technology
