Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the school grounds, sporting fields, gardens, building, and amenities to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and present school grounds, gardens, ovals, and sporting facilities to a high standard.
* Prepare and set up sporting areas for events and carnivals.
* Safely operate and maintain tools, machinery, and apply garden treatments.
* Assist with general building, furniture, and equipment maintenance as directed.
* Support classroom and facility preparation at the start of each term.
* Ensure external areas, gutters, and drains are clean and well maintained.
* Follow all WHS policies, report hazards, and promote a safe working environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in maintenance operations or a related field.
* Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
