Pasta Deli is a family-owned, Italian-inspired business established in 1987, focused on quality food, great coffee, and genuine customer service. We're looking for a friendly, reliable Front of House Team Member to join the Pasta Deli team. This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering great service as part of a close-knit team.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
* Providing friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
* Taking orders and operating POS systems accurately
* Assisting with food service and product presentation
* Keeping the front of house clean, organised, and well presented
* Supporting the team during busy service periods
* Upholding Pasta Deli's service and presentation standards
What We're Looking For
* Previous FOH or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* A genuine interest in food, hospitality, and delivering great customer service
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Reliable, punctual, and well presented
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Availability for weekday and/or weekend shifts
