The Opportunity
We are seeking a Project Manager to join a client-side team delivering a major healthcare infrastructure program valued in excess of $2bn.
Reporting to a Project Director and working within a collaborative project team, you will support delivery across design, procurement, early works and into construction, managing defined scopes within a complex health environment.
This role offers strong project exposure, autonomy at PM level, and long-term involvement in a significant capital program.
Key Responsibilities
* Support project delivery across design, procurement and construction
* Coordinate consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
* Assist with tendering, contract administration and reporting
* Support programme, risk and governance activities
About You
* 4–8 years' experience in project management, construction, engineering, architecture, or consultancy
* Experience in healthcare or complex building projects preferred
* Client-side, consultancy or contractor background considered
* Well organised, proactive and comfortable managing defined scopes
