Responsibilities
To provide advanced and complex care to patients of MNCCI reflecting current standards of nursing practices and Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
To deliver specialist nursing care and education to men diagnosed with prostate cancer.
Act as a key point of contact, offering personalised support and coordinating multidisciplinary care.
Provide evidence-based information on treatment options, side effects and survivorship.
Work closely with clinicians, allied health professionals and community services to ensure holistic care.
