Breight Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to ensure the successful delivery of work in Karratha, WA. Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Effectively organise and oversee personnel, equipment, and machinery to optimise productivity.
* Plan project activities and coordinate the necessary resources and materials for each job.
* Work closely with senior management to ensure all schedules and operational requirements are met.
* Ensure team members understand organisational goals, know their role in achieving them, and remain focused on developing and delivering their individual plans.
About You
* WA Electrical License
* Perth WA Point of Hire
* S26 Certification
* CPR/LVR (within 12 months)
* First Aid (within 3 years)
* Valid Construction White Card
* Full Australian Working Rights
* Valid Working at Heights (within 2 years)
* EWP License (desirable)
* Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical, along with a drug and alcohol screening.
