What you'll be doing:
* Coordinate tunnel access requests and ensure compliance with safety and confined space procedures.
* Lead and manage contractors delivering maintenance and upgrade works.
* Conduct tunnel inspections, audits, and handovers.
* Validate work orders, manage quality, and keep systems updated.
* Liaise with Telstra and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
* Support project administration, reporting, and process improvements.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in project coordination, facilities management, or telecommunications.
* Knowledge of confined space access and safety procedures.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
