The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bottleshop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Thirsty Camel bottleshop. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of the bottleshop.
- Lead, train, and roster staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and RSA requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally.
- Implement merchandising and promotional displays.
- Manage cash handling, banking, and daily reporting.
- Monitor KPIs and drive sales targets.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a retail or bottleshop management role (preferred in liquor retail).
- Experience using **H&L point-of-sale** and stock management software (essential).
- Current **RSA certificate** (essential).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage stock, budgets, and sales reporting.
- High level of customer service with a hands-on approach.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
