Overview
About This Role: This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling through data and thrives in a modern cloud data environment. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to design and deliver impactful dashboards and reports that drive smarter decision-making. The data platform is built on Snowflake, so strong SQL and data modelling skills are essential.
Responsibilities
* Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
* Translate business requirements into clear, engaging visualisations
* Write efficient and scalable SQL queries on Snowflake
* Develop and maintain data models and semantic layers
* Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver insights
* Improve and optimise existing dashboards and reporting processes
Requirements
* 3-5 years' experience as a Power BI Developer
* Strong hands-on Power BI development skills (data modelling, dashboards)
* Solid SQL skills and experience working with Snowflake
* Excellent data visualisation and storytelling capability
* Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Experience in the mining or resources industry is highly regarded
