Job Overview:
The Indigenous Community Development Leadership role is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple remote locations. This position provides strategic support to community development leadership teams and contributes to improved outcomes that enhance the lives of First Nations Peoples in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Community Development Site Managers across several locations, promoting a culture of excellence and driving results.
* Maintain high standards of service delivery and reporting, ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulatory requirements.
* Support community-based CDP programs and finances, fostering collaboration and resourcefulness.
* Develop and implement effective strategies in partnership with participants and communities, delivering tailored support solutions.
About You:
* You have relevant experience and qualifications in CDP or human services, underpinned by a strong commitment to community development.
* You possess excellent communication skills and senior management advisory expertise, able to navigate complex environments.
* You have proven ability to manage resources effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
* You are dedicated to maintaining a robust framework for workplace health and safety, prioritizing the well-being of staff and stakeholders.
* You demonstrate ethical integrity in community development service delivery, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and respect.
