About the role
Burdekin Catholic High School is seeking an experienced and dedicated Secondary Teacher (Design Technologies). The role includes Design Technologies; Graphics; VET Certificate II in Construction would be an advantage. This is a full-time, permanent position commencing Term 1, 2026.

Mandatory Criteria / Professional Registration / Other
- Appropriate tertiary qualification with registration or eligibility for registration with the Queensland College of Teachers
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Ability to travel within the Catholic Diocese of Townsville from time to time
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner
- Demonstrates active pastoral engagement, authentic witness, sacramental participation and leadership in the life of the Church
- Qualified activity through membership of professional association(s) and ongoing professional development
