Job Description
The role of Venue Manager is a key position within our team, responsible for leading the food and beverage outlet operations and contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the venue.
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality professional to oversee the management of our signature Italian restaurant, Flynn's Italian, as well as Boardwalk Social, a market-style food and beverage hub inspired by great gastropub classics with a focus on local ingredients.
As Venue Manager, you will:
* Collaborate closely with our Kitchen team to provide exceptional service to our guests
* Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with health regulations
* Help manage a passionate team by providing ongoing development and feedback
* Manage schedules, staffing levels, and ensure proper coverage during peak hours
* Foster a positive work culture by providing consistent feedback, coaching and ongoing training to our team
* Promote marketing strategies to maximise sales
Required Skills and Qualifications
We seek a candidate with highly developed food and beverage experience, strong organisational skills and demonstrable experience in managing teams and achieving high performance.
