Key Responsibilities:

This is a leadership opportunity to drive sales and customer satisfaction by collaborating with the Store Manager to achieve store and team KPIs and sales targets.

You will lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences, while achieving your personal sales targets. This involves coaching and training Team Members to become top performers, providing high standards of stock management and shrinkage control, and merchandising to showcase our range of products.

* Coach and train Team Members to become top performers
* Provide high standards of stock management and shrinkage control
* Merchandise to showcase our range of products in line with promotional set up guidelines
