What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinate and schedule Service Technicians' work assignments based on skills and knowledge
* Supervise and manage technician performance, training, and development
* Communicate with customers regarding quotes, job status, and scheduling
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction
* Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
* Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
* Previous supervisory or management experience (preferred)
* Strong customer service and communication skills (oral and written)
* Proficient computer skills and familiarity with dealership systems (e.g., CDK)
* Developed analytical and problem‐solving abilities
* Technical knowledge of John Deere / Vermeer products (preferred)
* Safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow
* A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results
