We are seeking a talented Service Advisor to provide exceptional service delivery across all assigned sectors.
* Serve as the primary customer contact, both in person and via phone.
* Analyze customer needs, create and manage work orders, generate service quotes, and schedule repair and maintenance jobs.
* Collaborate with the Supervisor or Team Lead to coordinate job assignments, timelines, and repair planning.
* Resolve warranty inquiries, explain service outcomes, and communicate job status updates with transparency and professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A vocational diploma, trade certification, or equivalent customer service/technical experience in service coordination.
* Demonstrated financial acumen and the ability to interpret service costs, warranty claims, and billing-related inquiries.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with an emphasis on communication, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction.
* Familiarity with diagnostic and electronic service tools, and a working knowledge of mechanical/technical processes.
