Rare opportunity for an Investment Manager to join a Private Investment Fund managing Commercial Office assets

**Your new role**
As the Investment Manager of a portfolio with an approx valuation of $300M and made up of a few key commercial office towers, you will be responsible for maximising property value and investment returns.
Within this strategic role, you will be required to undertake the following responsibilities:
- Develop & execute asset and portfolio strategy.
- Preparing & presenting investment opportunities to investors.
- Assess new investment opportunities through the acquisition of new properties in collaboration with the acquisitions team.
- Oversee large scale capital expenditure/redevelopment ensuring stakeholders investment in those projects are protected.
- Input into and management of Fund cashflows in accordance with the agreed strategies, ensuring that investors’ funds are managed prudently.
- Create & implement leasing strategies and leasing negotiations across the portfolio.
- Property life-cycle cost planning & budget forecasting.
- Portfolio risk & governance oversight.
- Annual and quarterly preparation and presentation of budgets, Board reports and ongoing. asset/portfolio strategy.
- Manage the Property Managers of the assigned Funds ensuring that the properties are well maintained and that there are good relationships with key tenants.
- Assist with any sales transactions of existing Fund properties if requested.
- General understanding of what is happening in the Banking environment.
- General bigger picture market trends that could impact future Fund performance i.e. broad economic drivers.
**What you'll need to succeed***
- Tertiary qualification in Property, Valuations or related discipline.
- Analytically minded with strong commercial acumen.
- Financial analysis skills.
- High level negotiations experience.
- Prepared to get involved in all aspects of the business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
