Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist clients, visitors, and suppliers in a professional manner
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
* Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming office environment
* Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
* Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management
* Process customer inquiries and provide basic product/service information
* Support management and staff with day-to-day office tasks
* Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory coordination when required
Requirements
* Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Qualified presentation and customer service skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and reliability
