Key Responsibilities
The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting product quality by managing and resolving Market Quality Reports and Dealer Quality Reports in a timely manner.
* Liaison with Global Trucks Technology and Global Truck Operations on technical issues
* Responsible for management of Help Desk on a rotational basis, providing exceptional customer service to meet client needs
* Assist with the preparation and presentation of periodic Quality Run Through's for internal teams and dealers, highlighting areas for improvement
Required Skills:
A successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is also essential for data analysis and record-keeping. Additionally, knowledge of Volvo Group brands and industry standards is highly desirable.
