What You'll Do Be a Lead Functional Consultant/Delivery Manager with extensive Net Suite ERP implementation/optimization expertise.
Analyze business needs to ensure the Oracle Net Suite solution meets the customer's objectives by combining leading practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and delivering solutions.
Work closely with the rest of the customer success team by quickly assessing client needs, developing innovative plans to solve their problems, and implementing these plans to the client's satisfaction.
Have a passion for business and the associated Cloud technologies, and advanced analytical problem‑solving skills to help clients find creative ways to run their businesses more effectively.
Conduct functional requirements gathering and solution workshops.
Communicate and present effectively.
Lead the optimization aspects of engagements ensuring high‑quality solutions within time and customer prioritization constraints.
Provide direction and mentoring to customer teams, and influence customer leadership on key decisions.
Manage delivery of Net Suite application functionality and clients in post go‑live environments.
Work with technical and performance experts at Net Suite to achieve the best outcomes for your customer.
Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients is a top priority.
In this role, you will often be working under pressure, with several customers simultaneously, striving to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications
Successful candidates should have demonstrated experience in gathering customer business requirements and strong business analysis skills.
Good functional knowledge of Net Suite and an understanding of accounting principles is desirable.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
