We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to support our retail banking business in reaching, engaging, and converting customers at scale.

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage comprehensive campaigns across paid search, affiliates, and app stores to drive customer acquisition and retention.
* Measure campaign performance, identifying trends and insights for strategic decisions and optimization recommendations.
* Collaborate closely with digital advertising platforms and internal Data & AI, Digital, and Technology teams to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 3 years of experience in running performance marketing campaigns across paid search, affiliates, app stores, and programmatic media buying.
* Ability to manage large media budgets and execute campaigns efficiently.
* Proven experience in experimentation and A/B testing, developing test and learn frameworks and initiatives to drive conversion.
* Proficiency in data analysis, Google Analytics, Datorama, and ThoughtSpot.
* High degree of accountability for customer, brand, commercial, and risk outcomes.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
