Yenda Producers Co-operative is proud to have more than 2,000 members covering a diverse range of industries, in particular farming. Established in 1925, Yenda Producers was formed with 10 shareholders to provide the members with farming inputs and to handle the fresh produce of its members.
A lot has changed during since its establishment with the exception of the Yenda Producers being a great place to establish a career. Job Description
* Be the first point of contact for our HRIS (Employment Hero) support; configuration and leveraging all it has to offer.
* HR Administration ensuring smooth onboarding, payroll administration and compliance, and employee experience.
* Drive recruitment activities, from ad posting to onboarding.
* Maintain awards knowledge and assist with HR reporting and compliance.
* Champion process improvements and automation across HR functions.
What we're looking for:
* HR qualification or equivalent experience.
* Strong knowledge of FWA, NES and relevant awards.
* Experience with HR systems (ideally Employment Hero) and Microsoft 365 tools.
* Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and deliver exceptional support.
