We are seeking highly experienced and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for a confident professional with proven experience supporting participants with complex needs and effectively managing behaviours of concern in a safe, respectful, and person-centred manner.
You will play a vital role in enhancing participants' quality of life by promoting independence, dignity, and meaningful community participation while maintaining a structured, therapeutic approach to support.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of disability support experience.
Previous experience with behaviours of concern is very desirable for this position.
The successful candidates will be required to be available for 05:00 and 06:00 starts and the capacity to assist with overnights adhoc (to support participants during respite stays).
