What we're looking for Structural Engineers with a 5-15 years of experience Roles for mid-level to associate structural engineers Experience working on a range of large scale commercial or residential projects - residential mid-rise & high-rise experience is highly desirable Strong technical ability across concrete & steel Proficient with structural analysis and design software Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with clients Responsibilities Structural engineering design across high-rise residential, commercial, education and community projects Overseeing project delivery, quality assurance, resourcing and client communication Providing technical guidance to engineers and drafters, supporting their professional development Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets Reviewing and signing off structural design documentation, reports and calculations Building strong client relationships and supporting business development Driving continuous improvement, modern engineering practices and sustainability principles Why This Role?
