o Experience as an Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a premium a-la-carte dining environment

o Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment and high-pressure service periods
o Proven ability in building effective relationships
o Organisational and time management skills
o Exceptional communication and presentation
o Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
