We are looking for a project manager to join our team!
The successful candidate could be
* An experienced project manager in commercial applications
* A manager who has industrial construction experience
* A commercial metal roofer willing to learn fiscal management and project estimating
Duties will include:
Coordination of roofing projects from start to finish.
Liaising with clients.
Estimating with software platforms
Comprehensive understanding of plans and specifications
The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:
* An impeccable attention to detail
* Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
* Ability to direct a team on site, and build good relationships with builders, labour force and suppliers.
* Have a sound knowledge of the tools, equipment, materials, and methods utilized in roof repair and installation.
* Understand the workplace hazards and safety requirements of the trade.
* Have solid office administrative skills.
* The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Remuneration is negotiable based on experience.
Sunshine Coast, Regional & Interstate Projects.
Interstate travel may be required.
