The Shire of Esperance is looking for a people-focused HR leader to guide culture, growth, and innovation in one of WA's most picturesque coastal communities.
As Manager Human Resources, you'll be part of our leadership team, shaping how we support staff, drive organisational improvement, and deliver for our community.
What you'll bring
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field
* Proven experience leading HR functions (local government or complex environments desirable)
* Strategic thinker with a passion for people and culture
* Strong leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills
* Integrity, adaptability, and a focus on continuous improvement
