About You
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
* Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience
* Strong clinical capability and critical thinking skills
* Confident working autonomously and within a team
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
* A patient-centred approach with a commitment to high-quality care

Key Responsibilities (Haemodialysis)
* Deliver patient-centred care within the haemodialysis setting in accordance with organisational standards
* Provide support to the Management Team by participating in clinical, management, education and quality activities
* Design, plan, deliver and evaluate patient care within the haemodialysis setting
* Protect patient rights by adhering to Privacy Principles
* Promote a safe and healthy working environment and maintain confidentiality
* Participate in quality improvement by reporting incidents and hazards
* Maintain accurate patient information and comply with Privacy Policy
Competencies
* Registered as a general nurse with AHPRA; current practising certificate
* Understanding of quality improvement processes and risk management
* Clinical competence in nephrology nursing (or working towards)
* Effective communication and teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting
* Organisational, decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Ability to educate staff and patients
