About the Role
* Deliver professional and personalized service to help customers find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires.
* Complete tailored in-house training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge, sales skills and a sound understanding of our policies & procedures.
* Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising and general housekeeping.
