About the Role:
Store Managers are responsible for overseeing day-to-day retail operations and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. They collaborate with Optometrists to deliver a superior customer experience. Our store team relies on their ability to coach effective selling and customer service skills.
This role suits those with retail and healthcare experience. Optical industry experience is essential. We seek effective and caring leaders who are organized, able to think on their feet and make good decisions that support our brand's growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Must have optical and retail managerial level work experience
* Able to demonstrate experience working with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with local labour laws
* Mandarin / Cantonese language skills preferred
