Offer description

Quik Corp is a long-established market leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of innovative agricultural, emergency-services, and industrial equipment. With decades of proven performance and a reputation for quality, we are trusted by customers across Australia and internationally.

We are entering an exciting phase of growth, building on our strong foundations to reach new markets and innovate further. Joining our team means becoming part of a company that values initiative, collaboration, and results — where your work will directly contribute to our ongoing success.

This is your opportunity to make a measurable impact and be part of a business that combines stability with ambition for the future.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimise our online store network and drive digital sales performance.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will take ownership of the e-commerce channel, focusing on revenue growth, site performance, and a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.

You'll collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure our digital commerce ecosystem drives measurable results, supports campaigns, and delivers excellence at every customer touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain multiple Shopify and WooCommerce websites, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and performance.
* Monitor and analyse daily and weekly site performance, identifying opportunities for UX, conversion, and engagement improvements.
* Plan and manage promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and product launches aligned with brand marketing initiatives.
* Maintain the promotional calendar and coordinate campaign execution across website, email, and digital advertising channels.
* Develop and optimise product listings — including accurate pricing, compatibility information, measurements, and freight details.
* Ensure alignment between digital advertising, SEO, and e-commerce performance goals.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement new site features, integrations, and enhancements.
* Generate regular performance reports (GA4, Looker Studio) to measure key KPIs and drive data-led decisions.
* Uphold Australian Consumer Law, privacy, and accessibility standards across all e-commerce platforms.
* Continuously enhance the online customer journey by gathering insights from service, warehouse, and operations teams.

About You

You're commercially minded, technically capable, and motivated by results. You take ownership of your work and thrive in a fast-moving environment where every improvement directly impacts growth.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

* 2+ years' experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify and WooCommerce).
* Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Looker Studio.
* Experience with cloud-based inventory systems and ERP integrations.
* Understanding of payment gateways (including AfterPay, Stripe, PayPal).
* Solid grasp of SEO, UX, and digital-marketing best practices.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* The ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Nice to Have:

* Experience implementing or optimising AI-driven e-commerce tools.
* Exposure to agricultural, manufacturing, or industrial product environments.
* Strong project-management and stakeholder-communication skills.

What We Offer

* Competitive salary + superannuation
* On-site Coolum Beach location with modern facilities
* A supportive, collaborative team culture driven by innovation
* Opportunities to contribute to new digital initiatives and growth projects
* The stability of an established brand with the freedom to shape your own impact
