We're growing and looking for experienced people across two roles:
* Scheduling / Project Admin Support – Mandurah
* Estimator / Job Coordinator – Cockburn
About the Roles
Mandurah - Scheduling / Project Admin Support
You'll be the link between office, site and client — ensuring every job is set up properly before a technician arrives.
* Coordinate technician schedules, ensuring efficiency and compliance
* Liaise with customers, building managers and tenants to confirm access
* Liaise with our other contract coordinators to ensure schedules are filled and ran efficiently.
* Ensure job notes and instructions are clear and complete
* Oversee compliance (inductions, licences, safety)
* Ensure all paperwork, completion certificates and photos are uploaded to jobs
* Manage job workflow, ensuring no job gets left behind
Estimator/Job Coordinator Role – Cockburn
You will be someone detail-oriented and organised who can manage the full flow from parts pricing and quoting through to job coordination — ensuring nothing is missed and everything runs smoothly.
* Prepare quotes and cost estimates
* Liaise with suppliers for pricing
* Order and manage parts for jobs
* Ensure jobs move through workflow
* Work with schedulers/contract coordinators to book quoted jobs
What We're Looking For
* Experience in scheduling, admin, project support or estimating
* Trade background (HVAC & Refrigeration highly regarded)
* Strong organisation and communication skills
* Proactive, solutions focused mindset
* Someone who takes ownership and gets things done
Bonus: Aroflo, Excel, or trade/service industry experience
