Job Description:

You will be responsible for leading and supporting the administration team to deliver superior support across the site. You will act as the key liaison with departments including People Operations, Office Management, and Information Management (Sharepoint).
Your responsibilities will include managing complex schedules, meetings, and conference calls for our leadership team, arranging travel, and coordinating special events such as Values Forum and Family Day. Additionally, you will prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
You will oversee expenses, office supplies, and confidential administration tasks with care and discretion.
To be successful in this role, you will require previous leadership experience within an admin or support team. You will have strong skills in SAP, Workflow, and the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
A positive attitude, calm under pressure, and a people-first mindset are essential for this role. Great communication skills with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach are also required. Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to adapt quickly are necessary to thrive in this environment.
