**Job Title:** Insurance Specialist
We are seeking an experienced insurance specialist to join our team in Perth. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing growth objectives through the development of new business and retention of existing business specifically in Strata accounts.
* Manage develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing professional advice in all matters affecting their insurance program needs
* Ensure client needs are identified and met by taking a proactive approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients
* Monitor and manage service delivery across new business quoting renewals and claims
* Investigate and pursue new business opportunities in conjunction with account manager
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5 years relevant insurance broking experience
* Tier 1 Insurance Broking Certificate
* Expert technical knowledge in strata would be highly regarded
* The ability to develop and maintain meaningful working relationships at all levels
* The ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
