Driver Support Role

This exciting role as a Driver's Mate at one of our regional depots will see you embark on daily adventures assisting Drivers with deliveries to renowned pubs, clubs, hotels, and restaurants throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Closely collaborate with Drivers to transport beverages to various establishments across the country, where each day brings new experiences.
* Engage in a variety of tasks including map navigation, loading, unloading, aiding tricky manoeuvres, and managing paperwork.
* Prioritize safety above all else and maintain a professional, friendly demeanour with customers.
* Operate from one of our numerous regional depots conveniently located with excellent road access and onsite parking facilities.
* Interact with customers to review delivery orders, ensuring accuracy, addressing concerns, resolving issues such as missing items.

* Strong organizational skills and willingness to acquire new skills.

* Proficiency in utilizing hand-held technology for capturing order queries.
