Pay Type: $18/hr - $29/hr, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:
* Research & pursue new avenues and tactics both in-person and online for reaching potential clients
* Source resumes using job boards, career sites, and social media to find quality candidates
* Negotiate when necessary
* Schedule and conduct interviews for posted positions
* Coordinate the arrangement of 2nd interviews with restaurant leadership
* Use applicant tracking system to manage recruiting process
* Manage reference checking for applicants when necessary
* Notify applicants of the status of their application, whether acceptance or rejection
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local colleges, high schools, churches, and other organizations for recruitment purposes
* Manage referral program for current team members, if applicable
* Effectively influence potential candidates to pursue opportunities with the company
* Demonstrate knowledge of the brand(s)
* Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
* All other duties as assigned
