About the Role
This Real Estate Sales Conversion Specialist will be at the forefront of introducing a revolutionary data platform to Melbourne's real estate community. Working directly with the Director, you'll convert qualified leads into demo opportunities and close sales.
* Contact and qualify leads generated through advertising and marketing campaigns
* Conduct outbound calls to real estate agents and agencies to introduce the platform
* Achieve weekly KPI targets
* Schedule and conduct product demonstrations (training provided)
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to conversion
* Track activities and opportunities in CRM system
* Provide market feedback and insights to leadership
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll require:
* Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
* Strong phone-based sales skills and excellent verbal communication
* The ability to hit the ground running and work independently
* Self-motivation and a drive to succeed in a target-driven environment
* Quick learning and articulation of technical product features
* A professional demeanor suitable for engaging with established real estate professionals
* Experience with CRM systems and MS Office 365
* Desirable: SaaS sales experience, real estate industry background, or knowledge of Melbourne's property market
About the Opportunity
This part-time opportunity offers a competitive commission structure. Enjoy flexibility working 3 days per week across Monday to Friday, with potential conversion to a permanent role after 6 months.
