* Salary range: $8062.00 to $10221.70 p.f. (L18-L27)
* 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
* 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
The role of a Clinical Director is to provide high quality clinical and non-clinical services to benefit the patients / clients of the THHS. Please note, a permanent substantive position as a Staff Specialist may be negotiable for the successful candidate.
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
* Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration or membership (if applicable) with the appropriate registration authority or association.
* Qualified as a medical practitioner with specialist qualifications and registration, or eligible for registration, as a specialist with the Medical Board of Australia in the appropriate discipline.
* All applicants must be awarded SoCP by the THHS Credentialing and SoCP committee. All appointments are subject to maintenance of SoCP within the Clinical Services Capability Framework for the facilities in which clinical work is to be undertaken.
* Participate in on-call.
* The position of Clinical Director Urology is not a permanent position and will only be offered as a 3-year contract, however a permanent position as Staff Specialist Urologist may be negotiated.
* This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
* Probation period may apply.
* Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
