About the business
Our client is a well-established investment management group with a strong and growing footprint in land development and real assets. Their property arm focuses on the acquisition, feasibility, structuring and delivery of large-scale residential and mixed-use projects across Australia.
As their development pipeline continues to expand, they are seeking a highly analytical Financial Modelling Analyst to support investment and development decisions through best-in-class financial modelling and commercial analysis.
The opportunity
This is a genuinely modelling-led role. You will sit at the heart of the investment and development decision-making process, building and refining complex 3-way financial models that assess project feasibilities, returns, funding structures and risk scenarios.
Your work will directly influence which projects proceed, how they are structured, and how capital is deployed. This is not a reporting or month-end role – it is a commercial, forward-looking and decision-facing position. If you enjoy working in Excel, solving complex problems and seeing your analysis translate into real-world outcomes, this will be right up your alley.

* Analyse funding structures, returns and project economics
* Assist with investment papers, board materials and decision packs
