Composites Sales Representative Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Composites Sales Representative to drive and expand our composites business throughout South East Queensland.
* The role primarily involves visiting customers, growing relationships, and uncovering new opportunities in the composite resins market.
About this Role
You will be responsible for managing and growing an established customer portfolio while winning new business. This will involve recommending resin systems and providing technical advice on composite applications to meet performance and longevity goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the composites market.
* Collaborate with technical service and R&D teams to support trials and product launches.
* Track market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
* Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and meet sales budgets and KPIs.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Science (Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field) highly desirable.
* Proven technical sales experience in industrial coatings, composite resins, or related chemicals strongly preferred.
* Alternatively, hands-on experience in fibreglass/composite fabrication (marine, pools, transport, or industrial) will be considered.
* Strong consultative sales ability, with confidence engaging executives, production engineers, and tradespeople.
