The successful candidate will be a team player and will join our team on a fulltime basis, to help drive and deliver our success. This position would suit a result driven person that thrives on excellent customer service and is looking for a challenge and change in career direction. About you:
* Previous experience in selling Finance & Insurance would be an advantage
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
* High/professional standards of personal presentation
* Enjoy working in a team environment
* Must be available to work half day Saturday

We provide full on the job training to ensure you would be set up for success with ongoing mentoring and support.
The role of Business Manager - Finance & Insurance Sales is
* Consult with all customers and attempt to sell them finance and/or insurance from the Dealership's own finance and insurance suppliers.
* Multiple finance companies.
* Maximise the Dealer Origination Fee achieved on each finance contract.
* Offer insurance wherever possible.
* Collect and receipt all monies from the sale of vehicles as well as amounts from Finance Companies.
* Assist New and Used Vehicle Sales Departments in sales negotiations where necessary.
