About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our Service Delivery Team.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing operational assistance, and delivering a better experience resulting in ongoing NPS improvements.
You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide valuable insights and expertise to navigate logistics complexities and solve problems quickly.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of work experience in an Account Manager or Project Manager role, preferably with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
