* Review and update training and assessment strategies.
* Keep an eye on the quality of learning materials.
* Talk with industry experts and stakeholders regularly.
* Enhance internal systems for smoother program management.
* Handle student concerns following established policies.
* Conduct internal audits, reviews, and benchmarking.
This is a key role within our organization, requiring a high level of organization and computing skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement training plans to meet organizational objectives.
* Manage the delivery of training programs, including scheduling and resources.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
* Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps.
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher.
* Diploma or higher qualification in related industry areas.
* At least 1 year of hands-on training experience.
* Detailed knowledge of training standards and requirements.
* Experience with Student Management System and Learning Management System.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organization and computing skills.
