Opportunity
We have an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Research Associate. You will play a key role in the successful delivery of clinical trials, working with a close-knit team of professionals who are passionate about advancing healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct and manage site monitoring activities independently, ensuring compliance with protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with site staff, investigators, and internal stakeholders.
* Oversee study progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior CRAs as needed.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field.
* A valid Australian Driver's License.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a CRO environment with independent monitoring responsibilities.
* Proven experience in the Australian clinical research landscape.
* Full working rights in Australia (Please note, we are unable to consider applicants from overseas).
