About the Role
As the Internal Sales Coordinator, you will act as a central point of contact for the Sales Flotation team, customers, and internal stakeholders. You will ensure accuracy, organisation, and consistency across sales systems, documentation, and customer communications.
Some of the duties include:
* Providing end-to-end sales support to the Flotation Sales team
* Creating, reviewing, and maintaining complex Bills of Materials (BOMs) for engineered products
* Preparing accurate sales quotations, reports, order documentation, and maintain all sales-related records and databases
* Coordinating and manage RFQ documents, assist in proposal development, and support deliverables to ensure timelines are met
* Supporting document control and reporting activities, including tracking, distributing, and updating essential sales documentation
* Supporting daily departmental functions and continuously improve sales processes

Requirements
You are highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a technical sales or manufacturing environment.
You understand the importance of accuracy and systems discipline and enjoy supporting others to succeed.
What you will bring:
* Experience in sales coordination or similar administrative roles, ideally within Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
* Demonstrated experience creating or managing Bills of Materials (BOMs), ideally for engineered or configured products
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) plus experience using CRM systems and MS Projects
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional telephone manner
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering accurate work with minimal rework
* A proactive problem-solver who uses initiative, adapts to change, and embraces learning opportunities
* A collaborative team player who can also work independently and contribute positively to a fast-paced environment
