As a Customer Operations Associate, you'll work directly alongside our Account Management team, supporting a portfolio of enterprise accounts. This is a structured entry point into a commercial career: you'll learn how strategic account relationships are built, how renewals and expansions are managed, and how enterprise customers are kept and grown. The role that this feeds into is Account Manager, and that path is intentional.
You'll be organised, proactive, and genuinely curious about how businesses operate. If you want a career in enterprise SaaS, customer success, or commercial account management, this is where you start doing real work with real accounts from day one.
