From server and network administration to end-user support, you'll resolve technical issues hands-on and ensure critical systems run smoothly.
Liaise with a skilled corporate IT team for escalations, upgrades, and projects.

You're a practical IT professional able to adapt to fast-paced environments.
With proven skills in systems administration and a knack for problem solving, you're ready to take charge as the go-to IT contact onsite.
Previous experience supporting mining sites or FIFO environments is essential.
What is required from you:
Deliver proactive technical support for hardware, software, and networking
Administer Windows Servers, Active Directory & Microsoft 365
Manage switches, routers, wireless networks & VPNs
Support communications (VoIP, satellite, radio)
Uphold cybersecurity, backups & documentation standards
Work independently and collaborate effectively with the central IT team
FIFO mining or remote site experience (essential)
