Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of panels for CNC drilling
* CNC routing of completed boards
* Preparation of stacks for multilayer bonding
* Copper and Tin electroplating of panels
* Copper etching
* Responsible for chemical maintenance
* Screen printing solder mask inks to panels
* Operating equipment for UV imaging panels
* Developing panels
About You
* Previous experience in PCB fabrication or a related CNC, screen printing, or electroplating background is advantageous.
* Experience in a fast‐paced contract manufacturing environment is advantageous.
* Ability to work under pressure in a high‐volume, fast‐changing environment.
* Ability to work within strict quality standards and guidelines.
* Ability to follow established machine safety rules and regulations.
* Maintain a safe and clean workspace.
* Great eye for detail and dexterity.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Australian Citizenship – must be eligible for the Australian Government BASELINE security clearance.
* Eligible to provide proof of vaccination under Victorian Government mandate; role is required onsite.
