What You'll Do
* Lead, coach and develop a team of reservation consultants to deliver outstanding service and meet performance targets
* Oversee daily operations of the reservations team, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards
* Support sales performance by managing team KPIs, monitoring results, and taking calls where required
* Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivated team environment
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
* Handle escalated enquiries and provide solutions to complex issues
* Collaborate with peers across the business to ensure consistent service delivery
What We're Looking For
* Experience managing a team in the travel or tourism sector
* Strong coaching and people management skills, including setting KPIs and driving performance
* Excellent customer service and sales experience
* Ability to think proactively, solve problems and create a productive, fun, and results-driven workplace
